Basically, I’ve heard quite a numerous number of times girls labelling boys as their ‘Besties’ and what not and I feel the urge to address this disturbing issue...

Girls, STOP *I repeat* STOP begging for male companionship, it’s not cool! You look waste! Like on a serious level, he probably doesn’t even WANT you as a friend yet your beggin’ tellin people that he’s your bestie and that? Fall back. Flat.

 ‘cos im telling you... the male mentality differs VERY much from the female-like mentality... Don’t allow his one or two ‘yo’s via facebook chat or any other technological device gass you up! Your one out of the ten girls on chat he’s spraying the same bars to B!

‘nd why don’t you take this into account - If it was that same boy now, do you think he will be screaming to the whole world that your his bestie? Don’t fink so. Probably will betray you like Judas.

Yeah once in a while guys can be nice to have a conversation and all, I totally agree.. and you may feel like your becoming closer to him daily and all tht soppy rubbish BUT, Don’t allow yourself to become gassed up to the extent where your propa droppin them indirect subliminal msgs that you want him to be your bestie (or if your bravery has escalated he has already won the title of being your ACTUAL bestie) because they don’t want that fam... neither do they want you! If anythink... allow your FRIENDSHIP to develop then maybe as time goes by, things will fall into place whether it result in you and him going out (that’s another topic in itself) or turning into so called ‘besties’.

So hear this, don’t force the friendship yeah... and after reading this, never again subliminally victimize a boy to become you’re ‘BY FIRE BY FORCE BOY BESTIE'.
